We are looking to appoint Classroom Teacher (Maternity cover) to provide high-quality, supportive, engaging, teaching for the pupils in our school. Initially this role will be teaching one of our Reception classes. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children. Alderman Pounder is a two-form entry infant and nursery school situated in Beeston/Chilwell, Nottinghamshire. We may seem like a typical school from the outside, but inside our building magical things happen. We pride ourselves on making sure that every visitor and member of our school community feels that they belong and we celebrate diversity within out welcoming atmosphere. Our team make a tremendous effort to get to know each child to enable them to grow into strong, independent, life-long learners, who live our values and take them with them as they grow older. Alderman Pounder Infant and Nursery School is part of The Flying High Partnership which consists of two distinct parts: Flying High Trust and Flying High Futures. Flying High Trust is a Multi Academy Trust of 30 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham City. Our Flying High family work hard to deliver the best possible opportunities to our children. Through this partnership we are proud of our achievements and are recognised as one of the highest performing Multi Academy Trusts (MAT) in the country.
